1. The machine should be used in a room temperature setting of 10～40℃ to ensure
that the pump runs normally.
2. The tank has a sealed structure to ensure hydraulic fluid in the tank stays
clean and this also prevents contaminated fluid from entering the tank.
3. If there is a buzzing sound, there is too much contamination in the return
filter and it must be cleaned.
4. Under normal conditions, check the tank oil level and oil quality once every
three months. If there is leakage, repair immediately and check the tank oil level.
The level should be no less than the middle of the gauge. After repairs have been
made, be sure to refill with the same oil. If the fluid goes bad, replace it.
5. The hydraulic fluid in the tank should be replaced once every 2000 hours. Clean
the tank before replacing fluid.
6. The oil should be injected from the oil filler at swinging arm side once
every 200 hours.
7. The press tool should be disassembled and cleaned to keep once every three
months. The mold should be handled gently to ensure the mold surface stays
undamaged.
