Fault analysis
1. 1. If the startup button does not light, check under following conditions:
① Power supply is normal.
② Emergency button is in operating position, otherwise turn Emergency button 90o to return to
running position.
1. 2. If the startup button is lit.
① Check the limit switch. The connector should be closed after the cover is put on.
② Motor protector is faulty, or terminals are not tight.
(1)Timer is faulty; or the value of the timer is 0.or terminals are not tight.
(2)Contactor is faulty, or terminals are not tight.
(3)Motor is faulty, or terminals are not tight.
2. 1. Check power supply.
2. 2. Observe motor protector: When the motor is running, the A-phase, B-phase, C-phase
indicators will light; the overload indicator does not light. This is normal.
① If the A-phase or B-phase or C-phase is not lit, 1-phase connection, or
contactor is faulty.
② If the overload light is lit, there is current overload on the motor. Please
check the motor or the rotor.
3. 1. O-ring is faulty, or fell off.
3. 2. The pressure of eccentric falls. Please do the follow:
① Screw the setscrew of Bracket tight.
② Heighten the mat 2mm.
③ Add in one or two piece dishing spring.
Spring is faulty, or the setscrews of spring are not tight.
