Pre-installation requirements of BLK-xFF
1. Location
1.1. The heat from the equipment and the water chiller itself is removed through the cooling
fins of the condenser and fan. The maximum heat can reach __kw.
1.2. The unit should be located in a laboratory or clean industrial environment. Never place
the unit in a location where excessive heat, moisture, or corrosive materials are present.
1.3. The unit has an air-cooled refrigeration system. It must be positioned so the air intake
and discharge are not impeded.
1.4. The installation of outdoor and indoor locations of the best distance is not more than 4
meters, reducing the length of pipeline will help reduce cooling loss. the favorable distance
between the indoor and outdoor set is no more than 4m
1.5. Outdoor location of the installation should be no higher please see to it that position of
the outdoor set should not be higher ?than the indoor machine; otherwise it will affect the
life span of the compressor.
1.6. Outdoor installation of the wall need to load-bearing walls (such as cement structure),
installation location concern should help the installation, maintenance and repair.
1.7. In the indoor unit installed near the wall at the top of 200 mm from the ground, the need
to fight more than a Φ_mm hole to the outdoors.
1.8. Outside ambient temperature:≤40℃.

2. Power supply
2.1Power supply lead section≥2.5mm2, earth lead section ≥1.5mm2.
2.2For power supply, fluctuation of voltage ≤10%, fluctuation of frequency ≤0.5%, grounding
resistance of ground wire ≤10Ω.
〈Attention〉It must install the protective grounding wire.
2.3The length of unit power cable is 3 meters.
