1) For water chill's heat dissipation, you should clean up the condensor (outdoor).In general,
clean up one time every three months. In bad conditions,clean up even more than one time every
month. For example, cement plant.
2) You'd better use vacuum or compressedair of 0.4～0.5MPa to clear the condensor.Of course,
water is also not bad.
<Attention> After rinsing with water, you should dry it immediately.
3) You should rinse top-down not crosswise with care to prevent knocking over the fin of
condensor.Otherwise, it will affect the cooling capacity of water chiller.
4) If the fin of condensor is very dirty, you should rinse with water while brushing top-down
with brush maked by copper wire. But it is difficult all the same.
5) Please cover water tank tightly with filler cap to inhibit microbial growth.
6) Change the water of tank every three months. Open water drain valve on the back of water
chiller,drain the water of tank and add water from filler.
7) Please clear the filter element every three months.First,unscrew the water filter anti-
clockwise to take out the filter element and pour water out from the water filter .Then, wash
the filter with tap water and screw the water filter clockwise tightly.
8) Clear the tank every year. Discharge the coverplate of unit and take down the tank lid to
clean up water tank interior and evaporatorcoil. After cleaning,please cover the tank lid and
screw all the boults on it.
9) Please empty the water tank to prevent microorganisms growing in the tank if you don't use
the water chiller in excess of fifteen days.
10) You should open the coverplate and right plate of unit to screw water pump shaft with
straightscrewdriver clockwise from centre-drilling of water pump's rear cover to make it free
before you put to use the water chiller again in the event that you disuse it in excess of
thirty days.
